Holocaust Survivor Assistance Program Case Manager
Job Summary

JFS Orlando is seeking an experienced Case Manager for our Holocaust Survivor Assistance Program (HSAP). This is a non-exempt, full-time position, totaling 34 hours per week, with benefits.

The HSAP Case Manager will provide case management and other support services for our existing case load of Holocaust Survivors and their families, as well as conduct community outreach to identify additional Survivors in need of services.

Master’s degree in Social Work or other mental health field required. Gerontology experience and/or certification strongly preferred. This position requires case management experience and knowledge of Jewish history and culture. Ability to provide empathetic support while maintaining professional boundaries is essential. Work is primarily performed in JFS Orlando’s office and the Survivors’ home settings. This position requires travel within the Central Florida service area, which may include prolonged driving.
